Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ok. I intended to only post recipes that could serve as a meal, but this recipe was too delicious (and I definitely ate them as breakfast).  My roommate knows my love for cookies and suggested we make some when we both found ourselves bored on a Monday evening at 8pm -an hour too early for 20-somethings to sleep.

He found this recipe for peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.  If you look at it, this recipe called for a lot of sugar -and even more sugar (the last step involves rolling the balls of dough in it).  Instead, we skipped the last step and reduced the sugar to about 3/4 white sugar and 1/4 brown sugar.

Raw egg or not, the dough is delicious.  If you have the will power to resist, wait until the cookies are cooled completely or they will crumble and not maintain their shape.
