  • 1 Bunch Green Kale – Certified Organic – Maple Lawn Organic
  • 1 Bag Watercress – Certified Organic – Elm Tree Organics
  • 1 Package White Mushrooms – Certified Organic – Mother Earth Organics
  • 1 Head Green Romaine Lettuce – Certified Organic – Riverview Organics

Any suggestions on what to make with these items?

  1. Loads of greens…yum! I make this super awesome watercress soup…its pretty addicting…http://inherchucks.com/2012/01/12/watercress-soup/.

    When it comes to kale, and collards…I like to sauté them with some onions…you can use the white scallions…or I have a yummy kale soup recipe too…http://inherchucks.com/2012/01/08/sausage-white-bean-kale-soup/.

    Sounds like you are going to have a ton of salad in your future…I have learned to get creative and throw in a bunch of other veggies and protein options to jazz it up.
