Last night was a light fare of beet fritters and a chard and greens salad with walnuts and gorgonzola cheese crumbles. We added many more vegetables to the fritter batter than the original recipe called for, and they turned out delicious!
Not pictured were the bread rolls and sour cream dip with garlic, and dill.
It’s my turn to cook the main dish next week! Eeep!
