Our fridge is now finally emptied of the old, thanks to two dinners, and filled with today’s new items.
Dinner 1: Sauteed squash, zucchini, onion, green beans, beets, everything with tofu served over rice
Dinner 2: Latkes, tomato with mozzarella and basil, and green beans (not pictured)
And while I was gone in California, my roommates had a sloff (slaw off) to use up all the cabbage! I’m sad I missed that, but thank goodness we got a break from cabbage this week!
